We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues:

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (special orders or customized items), and personal care products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As mentioned earlier, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and credit the refund.

At EMERALDprints3d, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are custom 3D-printed, the following conditions apply:

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.

Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of a defect.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
